Digital direct printing refers to printing patterns on shirts directly by inkjet, which is a relatively new printing technology. Because inkjet is used as the medium, digital printing is more suitable for printing on white shirts. If printing on dark or black shirts, a layer of white base will be sprayed on the shirt first to reduce color difference.

Notes of digital direct printing
- Can print full-color patterns, and the printed patterns are more delicate.
- Can print gradient effects, diffusion effects, shadow effects, etc.
- The printed pattern will be softer and more breathable than silk screen or heat transfer.
- The pattern line should be at least 0.6mm or more. If the lines are too thin, the ink will diffuse on the cloth, making the pattern lines blurred, but this is also the reason why direct printing can achieve a sense of painting.
- The maximum printing area is within 30cm x 40cm.
- Cannot be used to add individual names or numbers.
- There are no special colors such as gold, silver, fluroscent and luminous colors.
- The printing color of the pattern is relatively dull. In addition, the color difference will be relatively large, and the general similarity is about 80%.
- The price will be higher.
