The most commonly used method of logo printing which involves applying colour with ink directly through a silk screen onto a garment. The color is bright, the printing effect is detailed and clear. Silk screen print is durable and long lasting, the logo surface will not crack or fade.
Notes of silk screen printing
- Suitable for printing mono-color logo or logo with few colours. (ideally fewer than 5C)
- Gradient effect, diffusion effects, shadow effects, or logo patterns that are too detailed are not suitable.
- English letters and Chinese characters should be at least with height 5mm and 8mm respectively.
- Pattern lines should be at least 0.6mm or more. (including spaces between lines)
- In case of some specific, such as pigue or sweater fabric, the pattern lines should be at least 1mm.
- For Ready-to Print apparels, the pattern must be approximately 3-4cm away from all stitching lines.
- Cannot apply for adding individual name or number
- The silk screen color is adjusted manually, and the color can be adjusted according to the Pantone color code. Generally, the similarity can be close to more than 90%.
