I cannot find my desired style of uniform in your website, what should I do?

The styles shown in our website are the previous sample of our existing clients and they are for reference only. Instead, you can apply your own style and cutting in making your taiolr-made company uniform.

I have bought a Nike windbreaker and would like to copy the style as my staff uniform. Is it okay?

Yes sure. You can copy your existing uniform style, or you can buy one in the retail store. Whatever style you choose, we can tailor make the uniform according to your preferred style and cutting.

How can I see your existing product sample?

Our quoted price for uniform is calculated based on each style. Therefore, in a specific order, all the factors (including style and color of uniform, the logo size, the logo pattern, the logo color, etc.) must be the same.

I would like to use specific fabric for our staff uniform, is it okay?

Under normal circumstances, we will provide our existing fabric for uniform order. These materials have been under our careful selection in order to meet the requirement of different aspects such as uniform functionality, economic considerations and wearing comfort. Besides, these fabrics are manufactured by our selected knitting factory which ensures the product quality.
Yet we can source other fabric based on your specific requirement. In this case, the uniform order has to meet certain requirements such as the quantity, unit price and delivery schedule. You can contact us for further information.

About logo printing methods:

What kind of logo format should I use?

You can provide logo in .ai format by Illustrator or .cdr format by Coreldraw. If you have text paragraph in your logo, please convert those characters into outline.
Besides, you can provide logo in other formats such as jpeg, tiff or psd. Please ensure the logo resolution to be 300dpi or above.
You can also submit hand-drawn sketch. We will modify your sketch in order to make the film.

How can I display our logo on the uniform?

We provide silk screen printing, embroidery, heat transfer printing, or sublimation heat transfer printing to display your company or organization logo on the uniform. Please browse the relevant pages to get more information.

About computer layout sketch of your uniform:

What is the layout sketch? Is it the same as the real product?

The layout sketch is a power point file which shows you the outlook effect of your uniform. In the sketch, we will specify clearly your uniform style, your uniform color, the logo size, the logo color and the logo position. The layout sketch is just for reference only and there exists a certain discrepancy with the real product such as the uniform color, the logo color and the logo-to-uniform ratio.

About pre-production sample of uniform order:

I have received the product sample, but I would like to change some detail, can I make another sample?

For each order, we will provide free sampling for one time only. If you would like to make another sample, then sampling fee will be collected.

How long does it take to make the uniform product sample?

The sampling lead time is as below:
Tee or T-shirt products : around 8-10 days
Dri-Fit T shirt products : around 8-10 days
Polo shirt products : around 8-12 days
Sweater, cardigan, tracksuit : around 10-12 days
Windbreaker, jacket, pants, shirts : around 10-12 days
Different types of uniform involve different kinds of working processes. Those styles with more complicated workmanship require a longer sampling lead time.

About size breakdown of uniform order:

Is the size measurement in your website just the same as the real products?

Yes, you can check the size measurement of each size referring to our size spec. However, please note that there exists a discrepancy between the data and the real products due to the factors such as uniform style, uniform fabric and the apparel cutting, etc. Generally, 1.5-2cm is regarded as acceptable discrepancy.

Is there any limitation about the quantity of each size?

We tailor make the staff uniform for you. You can allocate the quantity of each size according to your needs. There is no limitation about the size breakdown.

About confirmation of your uniform order sales contract:

I haven't received the sales contract yet, is there any problem?

Usually we will email you the sales contract to you in 48 hours once receiving your order confirmation. If you haven't got the sales contract, it is probably due to the following reasons:
1. You have given the wrong email address when ordering. Please make sure you have provided the correct email address.

I have confirmed the sales contract. But I would like to change the size breakdown after one week. Is it okay?

In the sales contract, we will state clearly the latest date for you to change the order detail. After this date, the mass production process will start and therefore it is unable to amend that date.

What is a sales contract / sales order confirmation?

We will email the order sales contract to you for approval. In the sales contract, we will state clearly the uniform style, logo color, logo size, logo position, size breakdown, delivery date, unit price and order detail. You have to check carefully and confirm all the order detail.

The production lead time is as below:

About order delivery or self-pickup:

Is there any charge to ship the uniform to our overseas offices?

We will provide relevant document for custom clearing. The uniform can be shipped directly from our office or to your designated forwarder. You have to pay for the relevant shipment fee including shipping fee, loading fee, insurance, clearing fee and the import tax.

We are the procurement branch office in Hong Kong and the uniform needs to be shipped to our overseas offices, it is okay?

Many of our existing clients are multinational enterprises, which often need to send the uniform to their overseas offices located in the United States, Europe, Mainland China, Japan, Taiwan, Australia, Singapore, South Korea and other regions. We do have plenty of such operational experience and therefore you can leave these tedious tasks to us. Just a call and we do the rest. We will provide relevant documents for custom clearing and delivery to ensure on time delivery of uniform to your overseas offices.

Is there any limitation for the delivery service?

The free delivery service includes Hong Kong, Kowloon and New Territories. except outlying islands and some special district.
